Course 5B with Thay Phap An and Sister Song Nghiem

Meditation is a wonderful path leading us to inner clarity while helping to diminish the destructive consequences of stress. In order to find inner peace and stability we will practice forms of meditation that require sitting still as well as movement.
The model of der buddhist psychology will support us in looking deeply into our mental activities, help us to understand our confusion and guide towards a positive path in managing our everyday lives.

Practicing mindfulness together with the community of our institute will help participants to integrate the meditation practice into their daily lives.

Sister Song Nghiem, Adorment with Parallel, was born in Vietnam. She received her PHD in chemistry from Darmstadt Technical University.
