We invite you to discover how easy the process of mindful creativity can be. A whole week together to sing, paint, dance and write!
As support you will have your own inner team: the curious, playful child, the grumpy critic and all the others, along with their potential, who live within you. Our tools will be playfulness and relaxation, and the present moment will be our stage.
