Silence is a time for ourselves. We can return to ourselves in order to heal. But it is also important to arrive in our own hearts, before we may say something.
We can enjoy doing nothing at all, not even speaking.
We pay attention to our body and our feelings to recognise what is happening. We get in touch on a deeper level with our happiness and our suffering, when it manifests. We take time for sitting meditation, slow walking meditation and gentle movement.
With the support of the EIAB community we will feel safe, when we return to the island within, even when we experience anxiety doing so.
