In ​ this class we learn the art of natural movement following a set sequence of soft, flowing exercises. The movements correspond with the human body. While practicing these movements our ​yin and​ ​yang ​are in complete harmony. Body and mind will be able to release stress and tensions, back pain and postural defects will be reduced.
These ​​Tai Chi practices will be complemented by daily meditation and deep relaxation. We will improve our mental and physical health, and reach a more balanced and joyful state in body and mind.​ ​
