Course with the nuns and monks of the EIAB

Time for singles, families and friends to practice mindfulness together, strengthen peace in ourselves, in our families and communities. In addition to daily meditations, Dharma-talks and exchange in groups we will take the opportunity to exress gratitude and joy.

We will offer a mindfulness program for children (ages 6–12) and teenagers (ages 13–17) will be offered at the same time.
