K18014: SINGING OF OVERTONES AS MEDITATION (BEGINNERS AND ADVANCED STUDENTS) Healing Sounds for Body, Mind and Spirit
02.02.2018 - 04.02.2018
Course with Christian Bollmann
We work with breath, voice and movement in a meditative and playful way. When overtones are sung and played they enter our system in a subtle way and harmonise our thoughts and emotions. By enabling certain sound ranges to be heard, we can guide, balance, clean and activate the energies in our body.
Experiencing the sound of our own voice, supported and carried by the group, participants often report to be deeply touched by the encounter of the transforming and healing power of meditative singing with overtones. We also use overtone-rich instruments like the didgeridoo, monochord and gong.
The instructor kindly asks for a donation; see p. XXX.
