Vegetarian food is not a form of asceticism; rather, it keeps us healthy and offers a range of pleasures. It also helps to develop our compassion for animals.
In this course the focus is on the joy of cooking mindfully together. We will prepare simple Asian dishes that you can cook for yourselves at home. We can look forward to discovering the exotic culinary treasures from Asia’s vegan kitchen.
