K1947-1: BUDDHIST PSYCHOLOGY AND PRACTICE IN EVERYDAY LIFE

21.11.2019 - 24.11.2019

Course 5B with Thay Phap An and Sister Song Nghiem

Meditation is a wonderful way to nourish inner clarity and decrease the destructive effects of stress. In order to re-establish our peace and stability, we will practice a number of different forms of still meditation, as well as meditative movements. We will use Buddhist psychology as a model to help us look deeply into our mental activities, to understand the roots of our confusion and to find a positive way of living our daily lives.

Mindfulness practice with others and with the support of our EIAB community will help participants to integrate meditation practice into their everyday lives.

Course language: English and German
