We all hope to lead a happy, joyful life. But we are always faced with difficulties and obstacles that lead to blockages of our physical and mental states. In this class we will take time for ourselves, return to ourselves and embrace ourselves with love and compassion. We will practice to dissolve blockages, healing ourselves and start anew by practicing mindfulness meditation during our everyday lives.
The energy of renewal which we receive will help in our relationships with others and allow us to live in a more balanced and peaceful way.
