K1949-2: LISTENING AND SPEAKING FROM THE HEART

05.12.2019 - 08.12.2019

Course with Jan-Michael Ehrhardt and Eveline Beumkes
Thich Nhat Hanh does not just teach us how to be at peace with ourselves, but also how we can live in peace with each other. He has given us many practices to help us, for example, the ‘mantras of love’, the mindfulness trainings, the ‘peace treaty’ and ‘beginning anew’. In our sharings with each other we will practice deep listening and speaking from the heart. At the same time we will listen to our own hearts, and give ourselves the time and space to feel what the other person is really trying to tell us. To both listen and be listened to in a loving way can be a deep and nourishing experience that brings a profound sense of connection. Singing and vocal toning will help our practice of non-judgemental listening.

Course language: German and Dutch
