K18024: FINDING ROOM FOR STILLNESS IN OUR BODY - Biodynamic Craniosacral Work

15.03.2018 - 18.03.2018

Course with Annette Saager

Stillness is a dimension that exists beyond space and time. It has no form and therefore doesn’t know any thoughts. For us to connect with inner and outer stillness, we need to be able to develop spatial perception within our bodies.
Spatial perception enables us to delve into three-dimensional spaces, movements and rhythms within our body and our environment, which lets us connect with inner and outer strengths we haven’t used.
We will use mindfulness practices to guid our bodies into stillness and anchor ourselves there. Deep emotional and physical healing processes may develop in this way. We find renewed access to joy and inner peace.
When we experience stillness in a group (through partner exercises) it will resonate with elements of stillness in our environment and release self-healing powers in manifold ways.
