K17054: HOW WE CAN STOP THE FIGHTING WITHIN– How to Develop a Kinder Attitude towards Ourselves and towards the World
04.05.2017 - 07.05.2017
Course with Bettina Romhardt
During our lives we often encounter aspects within ourselves and in the world that we dislike and are difficult to accept. If we keep fighting them, we lose our peace and our contentment and carry more conflict not the world. How can we handle this tendency to fight in a more beneficial way? How can we learn to look at ourselves with kinder eyes?
In this retreat we will practice to open our hearts and minds wider in order to be able to embrace the un-lovable.
We will recognize habits and start anew. We will open up to beauty and healing within ourselves and others, we will open up to appreciation and gratitude.
