K18024-A: "Clown" and the art of mindfulness A weekend with the "inner Clown"

Stopping, calming, being fully present to each moment are the perfect companions on the path to meet your ‘inner clown’. This clown has nothing in common with the clown of the circus ring; it is the free, spontaneous and playful part of you that lets go of the need to be clever, or to get it ‘right’, just as your‘buddha-nature’ can accept the world without judging or comparing.

Through play, games and short improvisations we learn to let go of our need to be in control. Through mindful breathing, movement and deep listening, we develop the ability to live in the present moment - the place where we are truly alive.

A light, playful weekend to build confidence, develop a sense of wellbeing, and provide plenty of fun and laughter! Group size is limited to 12, all levels of ability/experience welcome.
