Cancellation & General Policy.

Cancellations are accepted in writing only – please mail: retreatnl@eiab.eu

Cancellation Policy for those staying in a room at the EIAB:

Cancellation on or before 13 July 2020: Full refund minus €50 administrative fee (per person 6 years and older).

Cancellation 14 July – 27 July 2020: 50% refund of the Retreat Fee.

Cancellation on or after 28 July 2020: No refund.

Cancellation Policy for those who choose the Camping or Commuter options:

Cancellation on or before 03 August 2020 Full refund minus €50 administrative fee (per person 6 years and older).

Cancellation after 03 August 2020 No refund.

Privacy Policy: Your data will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties, other than the EIAB, Plum Village, and Dutch Sangha "Leven in Aandacht" registration team.

Liability Waver: I will not hold the EIAB liable for any accidental injury, illness, personal injury, death or damage to personal property while visiting. I understand the retreat organizing committee reserves the right to ask me to leave the center should my actions be deemed to give rise to disturbance.
